Owing to its applicability in refractory ceramic synthesis, nanoelectronics, optoelectronic and sensing devices, superconducting products, magnesium oxide (MgO) is recognized be an important material. However, it has a relatively low dielectric constant compared other metal semiconductors, which restricts the range of bandgap limits applicability. Therefore, this study, we propose verify method improve MgO. A sample MgO powder doped with Be ions was prepared using Pechini method. The crystal structure analyzed by x-ray diffraction. Through structural analysis, confirmed that substitution amount up 5% possible without breaking cubic structure. bonding lattice identified through photoelectron spectroscopy, change according identified. properties samples were as function frequency at room temperature. real imaginary parts studied temperature composition. It increased substituted. Our results show improving pure can enable application wide high voltage applications simultaneously.
